Secondly, calling out the different tribes reflects a vision had years ago in the Old City of Jerusalem. One Monday evening in worship, a sister saw the Lord standing on a hill with His hands cupped over His mouth, calling home the tribes one by one. Praise God! I have never forgotten. As confirmation of this vision, let me relate the following true story as told by a well-known gospel singer. A father was grieving over his prodigal son who had left to live in the desert. The father prayed and prayed for his son to return. One morning, the Lord told the father to stand on his doorstep and call out his son’s name into the wind. This the father did. As he did so, the son, standing outside his tent in the desert, heard his name being called. Praise God! The son swallowed his pride, and made his way home. Hallelujah! Hence, may we call out the tribes in song, and may the American Jews hear the call to return. Amen! Thirdly, while my singer, Sherry Cole, was walking to the same place in the Old City mentioned above (where we were to practice the song), she caught sight of an eagle circling in the skies over Jerusalem. She had never before seen an eagle flying over Jerusalem. We asked the Lord if we were to put this song on His site and His reply was affirmative. - Roy |
